Can I use my terminal AND Business Center? Yes, your terminal still provides all the functionality you’ve experienced in the past. Business Center is an alternative method for processing. You may use both processes if you choose, but Business Center provides the ability to look up customer information, request credit limit increases, save your most-used promotion codes and more!
Where can I find reporting?To access reporting, go to the Business Center home page and click on “Management Tools” from the top navigation bar. From there you can select the appropriate report you would like to view from the dropdown menu.
