Location Settings
Unless otherwise noted, the choices you make below will apply to all locations within our network. You must save any changes you make in one section before proceeding to another section.
Applications
ALLOWED METHODS TO COLLECT CUSTOMER SIGNATURE/ACKNOWLEDGMENT(you must select at least one).
Allow Application to be printed and signed by the applicant
YES Customer application acceptance will be completed by signing a paper application.
NO Customer application acceptance is completed using the device the application is being completed on.
Record customer acknowledgment using merchant's device
YES Customer application acceptance is completed using the device the application is being completed on.
NO Customer application acceptance will be completed by signing a paper application.
Transactions
Allow account lookup and manual card entry ("No" allows account lookup only)
Must select either to allow purchase transactions through provider platforms or transactions to be sent to patient / client devices.
If provider platforms is turned off below, please note that you must turn-on online payments from resources and settings.
Select at least one method for purchase transactions
Allow purchase transactions through Provider Platforms
Provider platforms includes Provider Center, your CareCredit integration or your EHR system
Allow purchase transactions to be sent to patient/client devices
Patient/Client ID field is optional during transactions
Allow all child locations to submit refunds
Allow Authorization-Only transactions (Note: This will also enable/disable Forced Purchase transactions)
Pay Later Transactions
Allow locations to change Pay Later funding initiation date
Allow locations to cancel Pay Later loan prior to funding
Allow locations to submit Pay Later refunds
Online Payments
Affects payments made through your custom link for patients/clients.
Accept online payments at this location?
Allow all child locations to turn Online Payments on or off
Only send notifications to HQ@dentistry.com (do not notify child locations)
Account Number Lookup
Allow Account Number Lookup by full and/or partial SSN, or turn both off to remove SSN lookup.
Allow lookup by full, nine-digit Social Security Number
Allow lookup by last four digits of Social Security Number
